When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and cardio-workout with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maracas-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

Finally, Zumba Sentao™ is coming to our shores in Singapore! This new exciting Zumba™ program is an intense new way to a workout to strengthen, balance and stabilize the core, and step up cardio work in a whole new way.
Learn to use a chair and your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique. Strut, shake and shimmy as you work your core (and the chair) in a high-energy fitness party that will keep you on the edge of your seat! This is a real fun workout!
There is a limit to the no. of participants (and chairs) in the studio. We urge you to reserve your place quickly to avoid disappointment, based on first-come-first-serve basis. We will not entertain walk-in request once the maximum number of pax is filled.
Charges: $15/pax per session
